Before anything else

Three things CurmyBot will never do.

Most of this category leads with what it might win you. We would rather you knew the limits first, because they don't change once you're a customer.

✕  PREDICT

No forecasts, no price targets, no "AI picks." The system reacts to rules you can read. It has no opinion about tomorrow.

✕  PROMISE RETURNS

No performance guarantee, no win-rate marketing, no testimonial screenshots. Automated trading loses money sometimes. Ours will too.

✕  HOLD YOUR MONEY

Your cash and positions stay at your own broker. CurmyBot places orders and nothing else. Revoke its access whenever you want.

Where your money sits

Your money never comes to us. It never leaves your broker.

CurmyBot is a bot, not a bank. Your cash and your shares stay in your own brokerage account, in your own name, the whole time. We send buy and sell instructions to it — the same thing you do when you tap a button in your broker's app. Nothing flows the other way.

What it can do

  • Place an order in your account
  • Cancel an order it placed
  • Read your positions and balance so it can size the next trade

What it cannot do — not by policy, by permission

  • Withdraw money
  • Transfer money anywhere
  • Hold your cash or your shares
  • Change your bank details
  • Keep working after you delete its key

The key you create at your broker grants trading access only. Even if our servers were compromised tomorrow, nobody could move your money with it.

The difference

Most bots are a black box. This one shows its working.

Ask a typical trading bot why it bought something and you get a performance chart. Ask CurmyBot and you get the rule, the inputs at the moment it fired, the position maths, and the exit condition — on every single trade.

Safety

The safety rails are free. Permanently.

In this category, protection is usually the upsell — risk tooling and trailing stops routinely sit behind the most expensive tier. We think charging someone extra not to lose money is the wrong way round.

Getting started

Three steps, then you can walk away.

01  CONNECT

Your broker, trade access only

Link your existing account. CurmyBot can place and cancel orders. It cannot withdraw, transfer, or move money anywhere.

02  SET YOUR RISK

One number decides everything

Pick the percentage of your account you're willing to lose on any single trade. Position sizes are then derived from your stop, every time.

03  WATCH, OR DON'T

It runs, and it reports

Every position shows its rule, its stop and its distance to that stop. Pause any account, or stop everything, in one click.

Liquid US stocks. Nothing else.

A screened list of large, liquid US names, refreshed monthly — and a hard rule that a stock you currently hold is never dropped from coverage mid-position. It is a deliberately narrow product, and the narrowness is the point.

Before you pay us anything

Is your account big enough for this to be worth it?

$39 a month is $468 a year. On a small account that is a serious headwind before a single trade is placed — and it is the most common complaint people have about this whole category. So here is the arithmetic, and our honest answer.

Live plan at $39/month. Paper trading is free at any account size, forever, with every feature except live orders.

We are telling you not to pay us, and we mean it. Below roughly $25,000 the subscription is a large enough fraction of the account that we would rather you ran it on paper and decided for yourself. Paper costs nothing, runs the identical strategy, and shows you every decision. Nothing about that is a trial that expires.

What we will not tell you is that trading profit will cover the fee. We have no idea whether it will, nobody does, and any service that says otherwise is guessing with your money.

Questions

Straight answers.

Can CurmyBot take my money?

No. It connects to your brokerage with trade permissions only — it can place and cancel orders and nothing else. It cannot withdraw or transfer funds, and you can revoke its access from your broker at any moment.

What happens if CurmyBot goes down mid-trade?

Your stop is a resting order at your broker, not a reminder held by us. If our engine stops, your stop is still live and still protecting the position.

Is this financial advice?

No. CurmyBot is software. It is not an investment adviser, broker or financial planner, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You choose your risk settings and you own every trade placed in your account.

Will I make money?

We don't know, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Automated strategies lose money in some periods — sometimes for months. Start on paper, watch what it actually does, and only go live if you're comfortable with the losing stretches as well as the winning ones.

Which brokers are supported?

Alpaca and Tiger Brokers, plus a built-in paper simulator that needs no broker account at all.

Can I stop it?

Yes. Stop everything on your dashboard halts new positions across every account at once, and each account can be paused on its own. Note what it deliberately does not do: it never sells what you already hold. Those positions keep the stops they were given at entry and stay managed — liquidating your book on a panic click would turn a bad minute into a realised loss. To cut our access entirely, delete the API key in your broker; that works instantly and does not involve us.
