An automated trading system for US stocks that shows you the rule it fired, the numbers behind it, and exactly where the stop sits — before you ever risk a dollar.

Before anything else
Most of this category leads with what it might win you. We would rather you knew the limits first, because they don't change once you're a customer.
No forecasts, no price targets, no "AI picks." The system reacts to rules you can read. It has no opinion about tomorrow.
No performance guarantee, no win-rate marketing, no testimonial screenshots. Automated trading loses money sometimes. Ours will too.
Your cash and positions stay at your own broker. CurmyBot places orders and nothing else. Revoke its access whenever you want.
Where your money sits
CurmyBot is a bot, not a bank. Your cash and your shares stay in your own brokerage account, in your own name, the whole time. We send buy and sell instructions to it — the same thing you do when you tap a button in your broker's app. Nothing flows the other way.
The key you create at your broker grants trading access only. Even if our servers were compromised tomorrow, nobody could move your money with it.
The difference
Ask a typical trading bot why it bought something and you get a performance chart. Ask CurmyBot and you get the rule, the inputs at the moment it fired, the position maths, and the exit condition — on every single trade.
Example ticket. Every position in your dashboard carries one.
Every position in your dashboard shows exactly this: the rule that fired, the numbers behind it, where the stop sits, and how far the price is from it right now.
Safety
In this category, protection is usually the upsell — risk tooling and trailing stops routinely sit behind the most expensive tier. We think charging someone extra not to lose money is the wrong way round.
| Feature | Typical bot platform | CurmyBot |
|---|---|---|
| Stop loss on every position | Often a paid tier | Free, and not optional |
| Fixed % risk per trade | Rarely offered | Free, set by you |
| Daily loss limit | Rarely offered | Free |
| Stop everything, one click | Buried in settings | Free, on the dashboard |
| Paper trading | Trial period only | Free forever |
| Per-trade explanation | Not available | Free, on every trade |
Comparison describes common patterns across the category, not any single named competitor.
Getting started
Link your existing account. CurmyBot can place and cancel orders. It cannot withdraw, transfer, or move money anywhere.
Pick the percentage of your account you're willing to lose on any single trade. Position sizes are then derived from your stop, every time.
Every position shows its rule, its stop and its distance to that stop. Pause any account, or stop everything, in one click.
A screened list of large, liquid US names, refreshed monthly — and a hard rule that a stock you currently hold is never dropped from coverage mid-position. It is a deliberately narrow product, and the narrowness is the point.
Before you pay us anything
$39 a month is $468 a year. On a small account that is a serious headwind before a single trade is placed — and it is the most common complaint people have about this whole category. So here is the arithmetic, and our honest answer.
| Account size | Live costs you | Our view |
|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | 9.4% a year | Stay on paper |
| $10,000 | 4.7% a year | Stay on paper |
| $25,000 | 1.9% a year | Workable, eyes open |
| $50,000 | 0.9% a year | Reasonable |
| $100,000 | 0.5% a year | Reasonable |
Live plan at $39/month. Paper trading is free at any account size, forever, with every feature except live orders.
We are telling you not to pay us, and we mean it. Below roughly $25,000 the subscription is a large enough fraction of the account that we would rather you ran it on paper and decided for yourself. Paper costs nothing, runs the identical strategy, and shows you every decision. Nothing about that is a trial that expires.
What we will not tell you is that trading profit will cover the fee. We have no idea whether it will, nobody does, and any service that says otherwise is guessing with your money.

Questions
No. It connects to your brokerage with trade permissions only — it can place and cancel orders and nothing else. It cannot withdraw or transfer funds, and you can revoke its access from your broker at any moment.
Your stop is a resting order at your broker, not a reminder held by us. If our engine stops, your stop is still live and still protecting the position.
No. CurmyBot is software. It is not an investment adviser, broker or financial planner, and nothing it produces is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. You choose your risk settings and you own every trade placed in your account.
We don't know, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. Automated strategies lose money in some periods — sometimes for months. Start on paper, watch what it actually does, and only go live if you're comfortable with the losing stretches as well as the winning ones.
Alpaca and Tiger Brokers, plus a built-in paper simulator that needs no broker account at all.
Yes. Stop everything on your dashboard halts new positions across every account at once, and each account can be paused on its own. Note what it deliberately does not do: it never sells what you already hold. Those positions keep the stops they were given at entry and stay managed — liquidating your book on a panic click would turn a bad minute into a realised loss. To cut our access entirely, delete the API key in your broker; that works instantly and does not involve us.
